She has led full-lifecycle procurement and pursuit efforts, from pre-positioning and RFP strategy to proposal development and grant implementation, helping organizations build and scale functions that have driven significant revenue growth.
Before joining the firm, Emily advised city, state, and federal agencies on complex, multi-million-dollar initiatives, including the design and implementation of a $157 million federal grant.
